COLEEN SPRATT, BOMA FELLOW
OWNER/CEO
“After over twenty-five years of working in the commercial real estate industry adding value to prestigious firms such as Hines, CommonWealth Partners, Colliers and Nitze-Stagen, I decided to branch out on my own and start Spratt Asset Advisory Services. I love commercial real estate and enjoy providing a high level of service to my clients in all aspects of the industry. I was lucky enough to start my business with two amazing clients that supported my endeavor and I look forward to bringing my knowledge and hard work ethic to other companies looking for a seasoned consultant. I am known for my diligent work ethic and much of that comes from my experience in the United States Air Force. In the Air Force I served as a Missile Systems Analyst on two types of nuclear missiles carried by the B1 and B52 Bomber. At the time there were very few women in my field and I learned to study hard at my craft and adapt to all types of situations. My Air Force experience was truly one of the best of my entire career and I am thankful to have served our Country.” —Coleen Spratt
